– When booking online a small booking fee will be taken according to the price of the treatment, this is non refundable and managed by Phorest Online Booking Software. Should a client not attend the appointment, the full cost of the treatment will be taken from the card used to pay the booking. Please see Phorest Terms and Conditions for more details.
– Clients will incur a 50% fee if less than 24 hour notice of cancellation is given even if the appointment is rescheduled for another time.
– We expect full payment for appointments if a client fails to attend without prior notice.
– Cancellation within one hour of the start of the appointment will be classed as a “no show” and full payment will be required.
– Any treatment over £50 that is booked with our receptionist will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
– All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit on their first treatment with us. This is refundable if 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
– Pamper Packages and Semi-Permanent Make-Up require 48 hours notice of cancellation and will be charged a cancellation fee of £50 if less than 48 hours notice is given.
