Jasmine is a Nurse Prescriber and qualified in aesthetic treatments at a leading London Academy. Appointments are booked directly through our reception team and can also be booked online.

Vitamin B12 Injections
Vitamin B12 is one of the water soluble vitamins available as an intramuscular injection called hydroxocobalamin. Vitamin B12 is used to help our body use fat and carbohydrate for energy and also helps to make protein and DNA. It is essential for blood, nerve and neurological function. Vitamin B12 is only found in animal products such as egg, fish, Liver, meat and dairy products.
Hydroxocobalamin is recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and is the only licensed form of B12 for use in the UK. It works from the time it is injected, but it can take days or weeks to feel the full benefits.
Low levels of B12 are linked to Osteoporosis, poor brain function and depression.
Vitamin B12 deficiency can be caused by pernicious anaemia, digestive problems, medications, poor diet and a vegetarian/vegan diet.
Symptoms of B12 deficiency include tiredness, depression, poor memory, pins and needles and mouth ulcers.
You cannot have B12 injection if you have low Potassium levels, kidney problems, take medicine for your heart or have a blood disorder. Also, not to be given if you have iron or folic acid deficiency
Terms of Service
- All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone number and email address.
- All clients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
- All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
- Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
Appointments
- Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that we can make best use of our appointment diary.
- Plump’d Aesthetics offers a complimentary 15 minute consultation free of charge.
- If booking a Botulinum Toxin treatment, a non refundable deposit of £40 will be required, unless it is cancelled at least 5 days before the appointment. This deposit will be taken off the final amount for treatment. This is a prescription only item therefore necessitating a deposit.
- If booking a Vitamin B12 injection, a non refundable deposit of £10 will be required, unless it is cancelled at least 5 days before the appointment. This deposit will be taken off the final amount for treatment. This is a prescription only item therefore necessitating a deposit.
- Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment (Excluding Vitamin B12 and Botulinum Toxin)
- Please do not attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss as many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell, this includes colds, cold sores and local skin infections.
- Routine review appointments are offered after treatments with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy, no additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided once the 2-4 week period has passed.
- New patients are seen for consultation and assessment, treatment is not recommended on the first visit, to allow adequate cooling off period, but may be provided if the patient and practitioner deem suitable.
Children
- We do not treat children or young people under the age of 18
- Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.
Payment
- Non refundable Deposits for Botulinum Toxin of £40 and Vitamin B12 injection of £10 are taken when booking the appointment and are redeemable against the treatment.
- You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
- Payment is taken in full and at the time of treatment.

- Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice and expert treatment in experienced hands with the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds.
